About Us
Our company headquarters is located in Shenzhen, owning an 18,000sqm industrial park in Nanping City of Fujian Province. Our workshop is designed and built strictly following GMP requirements. Our products are produced in the 100,000 class clean rooms. All the production process meets the sever GMP requirements. For our company's sustainable development and recruit talents, our R&D team and development plant was built in Shenzhen. Here, talents are well appreciated. In which case, we can keep innovating and utilize new process/technology continuously to improve our product quality and ensure that we stay in the forefront of packaging industry. Certainly, we are ready to cooperate with our customers to deeply understand their needs. Thus we are able to provide the best and the most suitable packaging solution and develop new products for our customers.Our pharmaceutical packaging materials products are widely welcomed by most of pharmaceutical enterprises in India, Vietnam, Thailand, Europe, America, etc. In order to bring our customers higher value at home and abroad, we reshuffled our factories in 2011. New and advanced equipment and technologies were introduced in our company from German to upgrade our company's software and hardware. We bought 2 advanced coating machines from German, 3 high-speed laminating machines and 2 eight-color high speed rotogravure printing machines. Our goal is to provide our customers with one-stop service including design, printing, laminating, bag making, slitting, packing and shipment, etc.
There are over 100 employees in our company. The 15-man R&D team is in charge of innovation, customer relationship, feasibility of new design and formula. We also organize a rigorous quality control team to make sure high quality from raw materials to delivery. Processing SOP, sophisticated materials, fine workmanship and a strict quality management system, all of these help us manufacture and supply high quality products with reasonable price. On the IQC/QC/OQC process, we never spare efforts for every step. Before shipment, we detect every item strictly according to COA. For mass production, we always ask customers to test our sample such as blister foil, cold forming foil, Alu/PE strip foil, and child resistant foil. Sample is the standard of our mass production. We always make sure that every batch of goods is totally same as the sample customer ever tested. |
